Customer service took a few days to get back to me, and I had to explain the same order issue twice. It’s not even about that all by itself, I get that things can get busy—but the replies didn’t really help much once they finally came through.

I brought this to the park and felt so relieved when my drinks were still cold hours later. It was a warm day, and I just really appreciated not having to deal with lukewarm drinks. The insulation did exactly what I hoped it would.

The site was easy enough to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout went smoothly too, so that was nice. A few pages loaded a little slow for me, but maybe that was just on my end? Either way, it wasn’t a big deal

I ordered a picnic blanket from picnictime.com and, i was fully expecting the color to show up looking different because apparently that’s just how online shopping likes to keep things exciting.
But it actually looked almost exactly like the pictures, maybe even a little nicer in person. The red was genuinely red, not that weird orange-red situation some brands try to pretend is the same thing. So yeah, pleasantly surprised and happy with it.

Maybe I should’ve paid closer attention to the measurements, but even then it just didn’t feel quite right for what I needed. The quality was okay, so it’s not like it was a total fail, but I was definitely a little disappointed. Next time I’d probably double-check the measurements before ordering.
